Wandering
Wandering; not lost, just a little
Wild garlic; unexpected yet familiar.
A speckled mistle thrush seen,
A speckled stream trout stuck.
A little bit where I shouldn't
The ferns didn't know or care.
A rush - a stop - a feed
Cold now, but heading home.
